Seawall Repairs
Seawalls are erected walls with the sole purpose of slowing down or stopping waves or tide from reaching human habitat. They are constructed along coastlines and are very prone to get damaged due to the constant beating they get from waves. Seawalls can be constructed based on environmental conditions, weather and climate, and sometimes, location or soil’s state. There are several kinds of walls you can construct to slow down or stop the tide. These include; vertical walls, concrete and rock walls, and even curved walls. Boat Lifts
These are platforms used to “park” boats. Boat lifts provide elevations for boats to stay in, places that isn’t water; lifts are very useful as it provides the boat owners a level of security rather than just tying it to your dock. There are several kinds of boat lifts available for you to choose from; some of them are suited for private boat owners and others are best for commercial use

Boat DecksThese are platforms built on the ship to create elevations on several levels. Boat decks are very important in a ship because they are basically the floors and ceilings. Decks can also be used in homes as additional space to keep more home properties. Decks are mostly made of wood (fine wood) and are nailed in line with each other. There are several decking styles and types you can use in a vessel, for more details, you should check our service page.

Retaining Walls
Retaining walls are walls built for the purpose of retaining the soil and keeping it from eroding which could cause environmental issues. Areas that need retaining walls are usually sloped or steep areas, soil just can't help but erode. There are several types of retaining wall, you just need to figure out which one works best for each situation. They include sheet piling retaining walls, gravity walls, anchored walls, etc. These walls all perform the same function for erosion protection, but they each have circumstances of which they could be used.

Dock Support Cracks and Warps |
Strong waves and currents can cause your boat dock to warp or bend due to the high pressure, depending on the material used to build it. Furthermore, running your boat into a dock that is not properly equipped with protective dock bumpers can cause damage to your dock. If the damage or bends are severe enough, the dock supports may crack and break. Act quickly if you notice cracks or bends in your dock supports. This is a clear indication that your boat dock needs to be replaced. If you only notice cracks on individual beams, repairs may be possible. You may be able to easily replace the beams in this case. However, if these cracks have affected larger sections of the dock, replacing your boat dock is your best or only option.
|
Damage to the Foundation |
Deterioration of your boat dock's foundation is extremely dangerous, and any cracking should be investigated further to ensure that it is not a sign of a larger problem. Damage to the underwater foundation is a clear indication that your dock needs to be replaced. Such damage is extremely dangerous because it is the foundation for your boat docking structure. If you notice any major cracks or erosion, have your dock completely replaced.
|
Rusted Platforms and Supports |
Because the dock is constantly in contact with water, moisture is bound to accumulate. This accumulated moisture, particularly with metal docks, can lead to rusted dock supports and platforms. If the affected area is small, it is not a big deal because it can be easily repaired or individual parts can be replaced. If it has affected a large area, however, replacing your boat dock may be long overdue.
|
Rotting of Wood in Multiple Areas |
If you have a wooden boat dock, it is perfectly normal for it to rot. Fungus in the water can sometimes cause dry rot, causing your wooden components to decay and crumble. If the damage is limited to a small area, repairing it with new lumber is a simple solution. However, if the rotting has spread to multiple areas at the same time, repairing your boat dock could be a huge waste of money and time. In this case, replacing your boat dock would be much easier.
|
Supports Can’t Be Set at Least 4 Feet in The Ground |
Unless you have a floating dock, the supports that hold up your boat dock must be driven at least 4 feet into the ground to ensure stability. Different water conditions can cause rock and sand beds to erode over time, rendering this 4-foot minimum impossible to achieve. Consider replacing your boat dock with a floating dock if your posts cannot be driven deep enough into the ground. A floating dock will give you peace of mind knowing that your boat dock is made of long-lasting, modular pieces.
